Shot 1:
Tip of cursor on inner corner just to the right of the player, has to be dead on. Best way to do it is to start the tip from the right of the corner, then move it left stopping as soon as it is in the dark grey bit. See gif file below.

Tip of cursor on corner of bench just above the top right nail on the base of the bench
